All content made available through our website and services, including text, graphics, logos, videos, training materials, frameworks, templates, software, and methodologies, is owned by or licensed to Grow Profit Ads and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, resell, or create derivative works from any of our content without our prior written consent. Any access you are granted is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for your internal business use only.
You agree to use our website and services lawfully and not to abuse, duplicate, hack, or interfere with our platform or systems. If you participate in any Grow Profit Ads community, group, or learning platform (including any Skool community), you agree to engage respectfully and professionally. We reserve the right to remove content, or to suspend or remove any member, that violates these Terms or our community guidelines, at our discretion.
If you provide your phone number, you may receive SMS/MMS messages from us. You will receive no more than one message per week unless otherwise specified. Phone numbers are provided voluntarily through an unchecked checkbox, and you may opt out at any time by replying "STOP." We do not share your mobile information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
The message frequency above applies to marketing messages we send to you directly. Where our services send messages on your behalf to your own leads or contacts (for example, lead follow-up, nurture, and appointment setting performed as part of a paid service), you represent and warrant that you have obtained all consents required to contact those individuals, and such messaging is governed by your service agreement and applicable law, including the TCPA. We provide opt-out handling (such as "STOP") on those messages.
Payments for our services are processed securely through Stripe. If you enroll in a paid Grow Profit Ads program or service, the specific terms governing your engagement, including fees, billing, payment schedules, refunds, and the handling of payment disputes, are set out in the separate service agreement you enter into with us. That service agreement controls in the event of any conflict with these Terms.
Certain paid services renew automatically (for example, ongoing monthly management) and continue until you cancel in accordance with your service agreement. The applicable renewal amount and cancellation terms are disclosed to you at the time of purchase and in your service agreement.
Our website and services may link to or integrate with third-party services that have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of any third-party service, and your use of them is at your own risk.
Some of our services use AI-assisted features. Your inputs are not used to train public AI models, but may be processed by third-party AI providers in order to deliver the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. AI-generated output may contain errors and should be reviewed before you rely on it.
Our website content, trainings, and materials are for educational and informational purposes only. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on our content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grow Profit Ads' total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the website and these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100). In no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business opportunity, or goodwill, regardless of the theory of liability. This limitation does not apply to refunds or amounts expressly owed to you under a signed service agreement. Liability arising from a paid engagement is governed by the separate service agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute between you and Grow Profit Ads will be handled through binding arbitration in Florida, seated in Sarasota County. You waive the right to participate in a class action or jury trial. Any arbitration will proceed on an individual basis only. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
Any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our website or services must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arises, or it is permanently barred.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, outages, platform or third-party service failures, labor disputes, or governmental actions.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, or removed, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that or any other provision in the future.
